Dry land becomes a river; parched earth now drinks its fill.
From drought our God delivers; water pours from the hills.
May all the earth delight; rejoice with joy and singing.
All is new by God’s might.
To those in fearful waiting, gift them with the Good News:
God never stops creating; God’s steadfast love pursues.
Be strong and do not fear, for God will come to save you,
wipe away ev’ry tear.
God’s come to pay our ransom; thus ends now all our toil.
Creation’s song is gladsome; flow’rs spring up from the soil.
We’ll walk the Holy Way and blossom there forever.
God never leads astray.
